GENERAL INFORMATION

Location and time of the conference
Mt. Kopaonik, Grand Hall (Hotel Grand), Congress Hall. Yugotours Holliday Club (above the congress hall). TV Hall. President Hall, in the Konaci complex. Hall above the Konaci reception desk, - 13, 14, 15, 16, 17th of December, 2007.

Work of the Conference
The Conference activities are taking place in plenary sessions and department sessions.
The time and place of holding the sessions will be in accordance to the schedule set by this Program.
In the evening hours the entertainment program for the conference participants will be provided.

Registration office
From 12n of December 2007, the reception Bureau of the Mt. Kopaonik School of Natural law and the office of the executive organizer Yugotours and New Astakos will work during the du­ration of the Conference in Kopaonik ,,Konaci-Suncani Vrhovi" (across from the reception desk) from 9:00 to 19:00 hrs.

The registration office
Shall perform the registration of participants, issuance of materials, registration of participants without a confirmed registrati­on, solve eventual reservation disputes and special requests, as well as other matters in relation to the Mt. Kopaonik School of Natural law, as the organizer of the Conference.
Participants are obliged to perform the registration with the Executive organizer, where they have made the payment of the arrangement or with the organizer of the Mt. Kopaonik School of Natural law. if the payment for the Publication of reports has been made (working material)

Reception and accommodation of participants
Participants with a continued reservation shall report directly to the reception desk of the chosen hotel.
For eventual controversial and additional requests the Office of the Conference shall be exclusively competent.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO PARTICIPANTS
During the registration the participants will be issued an appropriate sign - badge WHICH IS THE ONLY MEANS OK ADMITTANCE TO WORKING ROOMS AND THE ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAM.
PERTICIPANTS ARE OBLIGED TO WEAR THE BADGE IN A VIEWABLE PLACE DURING THE TIME IN WORKING ROOMS AND THE ATTANDANCE TO THE ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAM.
THE ORGANIZERS SEE THEM SELF FORCED TO INTRODUCE THIS KIND OF CONTROL DUE TO THE REASON THAT IN PREVIOUS CONFERENCES A LARGE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS AVOIDED THEIR OBLIGATIONS.
Participants who made the payments of the complete arrangement or have paid for the working material - the published reports, can take them from the executive organizers or in their office on Mt. Kopaonik.

WORKING MATERIAL
By payment of the amount included in the price of the arrangement the rights are obtained to:

  1. Six books (more than 5000 pages of printed texts) - 365 published reports divided in accordance to the theme areas of the Hexagon of the Mt. Kopaonik School.
  2. Participation in the work of the Conference, attendance in all halls and all forms of work, as well as use of technical features and technical organization in working rooms.
  3. The badge allowing for exercise of rights to participants of the Conference.
  4. Attendance to book promotions.
  5. Free entrance and attendance to evening entertainment pro­grams.

The payment of published reports (working material) is mandatory for every participant of the Conference and is made with the complete arrangement.
If a participant of the Conference has arranged his or hers stay out of the scope of the complete arrangement, the published reports (working material) can be paid to the organizer in Belgrade or directly to the office in Mt. Kopaonik and thereby obtain all rights of participating in the work of the Conference.

ACCOMODATION OF PARTICIPANTS
For the participants of the XX Conference, the executive organizers have provided for single-bed, two-bed, three-bed and four-bed rooms FOR FIVE NIGHTS ON HALFBOARD BASIS in the period from the 12th till the 17th December 2007.
Complete arrangement includes: hotel accommodation and the fee for the working material (without transportation).
Prices are stated in Dinars, per person, with VAT included.
For the XX Conference of the Mt. Kopaonik School of Natural Law, THE ORGANIZERS HAVE KEPT THE PRICES OF COMPLETE ARRANGEMENTS AND TRANSPORTATION ON THE PRICE LEVEL FROM 2005 and 2006.

Transportation
For the participants of the XX Conference the transportation by bus has been provided from BELGRADE, NOV! SAD AND KRAGUJEVAC.
Should a participant decide on the organized transportation, the - thereof on the following locations are:

DEPARTURE OF BUSES
12th OF DECEMBER 2007 (WEDNESDAY)
From Belgrade:
Beginning with 08:00 hrs each hour from the large parking lot in front of the entrance to the "SAVA CENTER", New Belgrade.
From Novi Sad:
Beginning with 08:00 hrs in front of the entrance to the sport hall VOJVODINA(SPENS).
From Kragujevac:
At 10:00 hrs in front of the entrance to the sport hall ,JEZERO'.

RETURN OF BUSSES
17th of December 2007 (MONDAY)
At 11:00 hrs in front of the respective hotel.

Note:
When the transportation bookings have been confirmed, the departure time and number of busses will be set by the executive organizer.
The chosen time of departure of charter busses from Belgrade, Novi Sad and Kragujevac, once confirmed by the executive organizer, can not be subject to change.
All changes to the published program will be subject to general terms of travel, and the passenger is obliged to get acquainted with them at the travel Organizer

Payment of the complete arrangement
Payments of the complete arrangement can be effectuated:

  1. Based on an issued invoice - based on an application (via fax, e-mail, personally or by post) an invoice is being issued with a validity of three days. Issuance of the invoice by the executive organizer is at the same time the confirmati­on of the preliminary booking. In communication please refer to the number of the invoice. Preliminary bookings, for which the payment has not been effectuated at latest in three days from the date of issuance of the invoice, will not be considered due to the fact that the computer automatically erases all unpaid preliminary bookings by default and releases the capacity for new bookings.
  2. Personal payment - in the premises of the executive organizer.
  3. Payments in foreign currency - after the receiving of the application we will deliver You an Invoice with instructions for payments to the foreign currency account.
