Work
at the Conference |
The Conference
activities shall take place at plenary sessions and at department sessions.
The time
and place of holding the sessions will be according to the Schedule,
as specified in the present Program.
In the
evening hours entertainment will be provided for the Conference participants.

| Registration
Office |
| Beginning with Friday,
December 12, 2003 the reception Bureau of the Jurists Association of Serbia
and the Office of the organiser Yugotours, will be at the disposal of the
participants in course of the entire working period of the Conference on
the Mt. Kopaonik. These offices are located at the 'Konaci' Hotel complex
'Sunny Peaks' (Suncani vrhovi) - across the Reception Desk, from 9:00 to
19:00 HRS. The Office of the executive organiser 'Astakos' will be at the
disposal of the participants at the Reception Desk of the 'A Club' Hotel. |

| shall register those
participants who have not confirmed their reservations, as well as settle
possible reservation misunderstandings, including special requests and answers
to questions relating to the Jurists Association of Serbia as the general
organiser of the Conference. |
| Reception
and accomodation of participants |
The participants
with confirmed reservations are invited to directly contact the Reception
Desk of the hotel they have chosen, where they will be served the complete
Conference material.
Cases, if
any, of controversial or additional requests will be settled exclusively
by the Conference Office.
Participants
will also be given special identification badges, that will enable them
to enter the Conference halls, and to receive the literature prepared
for the work of the Conference, unless they have received earlier at the
Belgrade Office of the Jurists Association of Serbia. |
| Registration
Fee |
Owing to
the generosity of sponsors participating in sharing the costs of publishing
the Collection of Reports, and in those of the entire organisation of
the Sixteenth Conference, the amount of registration fee was set considerably
below the actual expenses, enabling thus the presence to those participants
too, who were not able to cover actual costs.
The payment of registration fee, which is included in the price of the
complete arrangement, entitles the participants to the following:
- Four volumes
of 300 published reports;
- Taking
part in all Conference activities and using technical facilities in
the work premises;
- Identification
badge, enabling the participants to realise all the rights relating
to the Conference;
- Participation
at the Informatics Workshops for jurists (application of law data bases
and of the Internet);
- Free entrance
to evening artistic events and programs in course of the Conference.
Payment
of registration free is mandatory for every participant of the Conference
and will be effected within the arrangement package.
After
making the payment, the participants may take over four volumes of the
published reports in the offices of the Jurists Association of
Serbia, 74, Krunska Street, Belgrade - every
working day from 9:00 to 15:00 HRS, beginning with December 6, 2003. The
participants are kindly requested to take over their books in order to
obtain an insight to the contents of the reports prepared for the Conference.
Those participants who have secured their stay outside the present arrangement,
may pay the registration fee at the Office of the Jurists Association
of Serbia in Belgrade (at the above mentioned address).

| Hotels |
The executive
organiser has provided for the participants of the XVI Conference the accomodation
in single, two, three and four bed-rooms FOR FIVE NIGHTS,
in the period beginning with December 12, through December 17, 2003, TWO
MEALS A DAY INCLUDED.
The entire arrangement includes: hotel accomodation and registration fee
(transportation excluded).
Prices are indicated in points, per person. The value of a point is 66.-
dinars. |
| Transportation |
The transportation
by bus is provided for the participants of the XVI Conference from BELGRADE,
NOVI SAD and KRAGUJEVAC.
Depending
on the itinerary, the prices of organised transportation are the following:

DEPARTURE:

From
Belgrade:
Beginning with 8:00 HRS, every hour, from the main parking lot in front
of the Sava Center in New Belgrade.
From
Novi Sad:
Beginning with 8:00 HRS, in front of the Vojvodina SPENS Sports Hall.
From
Kragujevac:
At 10:00 HRS in front of the 'JEZERO' Sports Hall.

| Note |
At the
confirmation of reservation of the transportation by the Executive Organiser,
the participants shall be informed on the time of departure and the number
of their buses.
The chosen
departure time of chartered buses may not be subsequently changed.
General terms
and conditions shall apply to all departures from the published Program.
Payment of
the complete arrangement
Payments of the arrangements may be effected:
- On
the basis of a pro forma invoice, which is to be sent by the
Executive Organiser, with a three day validity. Such invoice is also
a confirmation of the preliminary reservation. You are kindly requested
to refer to the pro forma invoice number in their communications. The
payments should be made within three days. In the contrary case, the
reservation ceases to be valid, and the computer automatically opens
the capacities for new reservations;
- Personal
payment may be made in the Offices of the Executive Organiser;
- Payment
in foreign currency. After receiving your application, the
pro forma invoice shall be dispatched to you with the instructions for
payment to the foreign exchange account.
