KOPAONIK SCHOOL OF NATURAL LAW
Hereby
invites jurists and other scientific and professional circles,
to take part in the
OPEN COMPETITION
For
writing and publishing contributions (in writing)
- reports, to be submitted at the Eighteenth
Conference of participants
of the Kopaonik School, that will take place on December
13 through 17, 2005, under permanent title Justice
and Law.
The
general theme of this year Conference is

Within
the framework of the general theme, the candidates taking
part in the competition are free to choose the topic of their
interest encompassed by the areas listed in the subsequent
text. The topic chosen in such a way may be elaborated from
the standpoint of one or several disciplines of law.
The
decision on accepting and publishing the reports shall be
made by the Editorial BoŽard, that will also make the decision
regarding the kind of author's remuneration which may be of
two kinds: the paid sojourn in a hotel in Mt. Kopaonik during
the Conference days, including the travel expenses and the
exemption from paying the participation fee, or only the payment
of author's royalties without the paid sojourn. A number of
reports will be published by invitation.
Requirements for the Open Competition |

the
size of the reports should be up to 16 double-spaced pages,
typed or done on PC. Footnotes, too, should be typed double-spaced
and positioned at the end of the text.

The
authors are obliged to indicate their name and surname,
professional title and occupaŽtion, complete address, contact
telephone or fax number. The authors are also invited to
add a summary to their reports, written in correct English
language, which may not exceed one comŽplete page with the
usual double spacing. Without such information and without
meeting the above requirements the manuscripts shall not
be taken in consideration.

Deadline
for sending the reports is August 25, 2005.
Reports submitted prior to the deadline date shall be particularly
appreciated.
